Through practical insights and timeless wisdom, she teaches how to “compost” life’s challenges—digesting difficulties into energy that fuels resilience, clarity, and fulfillment. Learn how to face whatever arises with calm, curiosity, and an open heart. Don’t miss this opportunity to cultivate a more balanced and satisfying life!
