This practical workshop introduces foundational prenatal considerations through a trauma-informed lens. The session emphasizes supportive language, respectful communication, meaningful choice, appropriate adaptations, and the creation of a class environment in which an expecting mama can feel included without being unnecessarily singled out or treated as fragile.Participants will explore how to respond more confidently when a pregnant student arrives in a general yoga class and how to recognize when deeper prenatal knowledge or specialized support may be needed. Each workshop in the Trauma-Informed Series stands on its own.
