It can also be a great next step toward the 20-hour TCTSY Foundational Training if you would like to continue your learning journey, which is a prerequisite for the 300-hour Certification Program.The TCTSY model has been developed, utilized, and researched since 2002, with consistently positive outcomes for trauma survivors. I’m Pamela Sue (she/her), and I’ve been honored to support individuals in both the yoga and mental health fields since 2016.During this time, I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Aurora University and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois. While in graduate school, I also completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training with Yoga by Degrees, and have since advanced to an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance. I’m also a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), which allows me to offer training and continuing education for other yoga teachers.In addition, I completed the 300-hour certification program in Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) through the Center for Trauma & Embodiment.
