I’m Pamela Sue (she/her), and I have been honored to support individuals in both the yoga and mental health fields since 2016.During this time, I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Aurora University and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois. While in graduate school, I also completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training with Yoga by Degrees, and have since advanced to an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance. I’m also a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), which allows me to offer training and continuing education for other yoga teachers.In addition, I completed the 300-hour certification program in Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) through the Center for Trauma & Embodiment.
