A 60-minute guided group experience blending hypnosis and Reiki to support the gentle release of outdated survival strategies, calm a chronically activated nervous system, and reconnect you with a deeper sense of safety, presence, and inner ease.

Join Bryant Sturden and Tina Santana for a deeply restorative 60-minute group session designed to help you release old survival programs and return to a more regulated, authentic way of being.


Many of us learned to survive through hypervigilance, people-pleasing, over-control, or emotional self-suppression. While these patterns once served a purpose, they can keep the nervous system stuck in reactivity long after the threat has passed.


Through the synergy of guided hypnosis and Reiki, this session offers a trauma-informed space to gently unwind these patterns, soften protective responses, and cultivate a felt sense of safety in the body.


This month’s theme — Releasing Old Survival Programs — invites you to compassionately meet the parts of you that learned to survive, while creating space for greater ease, trust, and self-connection.
