This activity will not be about the outcome of the origami itself, rather the journey while doing so. As such, no artist ability is needed. All are welcome. Basic instruction will be offered.Guided MeditationInfo: Allow us to check within after having a chance to busy the hands and soften the mind. Meditation is about insight and connection. People of all faiths can enjoy this practice.Closing CeremonyInfo: We will close our session with a writing journal activity and set an intention for the upcoming week.
