Onyx Series: Sensory Restorative Experience

Restorative yoga, singing bowls, ambient lighting, and aromatherapy immersion

This extended restorative yoga experience is designed to calm the nervous system and support deep physical and mental relaxation through a multi-sensory environment. Participants are guided through a series of fully supported restorative postures using blankets, bolsters, and props that allow the body to release tension comfortably without strain. Each posture is held for several minutes, encouraging the breath to slow naturally and the mind to settle.

Throughout the session, the gentle resonance of crystal singing bowls and soft soundscapes creates a soothing vibrational atmosphere that enhances the relaxation response. Ambient lighting and subtle visual projections are used to create a peaceful, immersive setting, while light aromatherapy such as lavender supports a sense of grounding and ease. The experience concludes with a guided rest and short closing meditation, helping participants leave feeling restored, centered, and deeply refreshed.

This offering is appropriate for all experience levels. Comfortable clothing is recommended, and all props are provided to ensure a fully supported practice.
