As it opens, its unique capacities are revealed, unveiling deep joy, stability, and the highest light of discernment.Tricia Fiske, BA, E-RYT 500, YACEP, Senior Faculty Tantra Yoga Alchemy/RodStryker, initiated in the Sri Vidya Yoga Tradition, is a teacher, trainer, and mentor. She has been a student of yoga since 1997 and has been teaching since 1999. Tricia’s teachings emphasize self-inquiry and spiritual exchange to get us out of our “story” and into the Present. She uses asana, pranayama, bandhas, chanting and meditation in her classes and workshops. Tricia serves as primary faculty for the Prairie Yoga Teacher Training.
