Join Us for an Outdoor Stretch Class at Randall Park!

Reconnect with your body and nature during this all-levels stretch class held at beautiful Randall Park, just a couple blocks away from the studio at 41st and Fenton Street. Set beneath the trees and open sky, this outdoor experience offers more than just movement—it’s a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and ground yourself in the present moment.

You'll be guided through a calming blend of standing, seated, and lying-down stretches designed to release tension and restore mobility. Surrounded by fresh air, natural light, and the peaceful sounds of the park, your nervous system gets the signal to soften and unwind. Practicing movement in nature is proven to boost mood, reduce stress, and nurture a deeper mind-body connection.

Please bring your own mat if you have one. All levels are welcome—come as you are.
