- **Event Description**: This Chakradance™ immersion is called Freedom. It is an 8-week journey to break free from the patterns and traumas of our past so that we can create the life we want. As we journey through these 8 weeks, we find freedom within each chakra: This freedom is available to all of us. It’s at the core of who we are, it's just that throughout our lives so many of us have experienced traumas or pain and we’ve shut parts of ourselves down.
We often bury our emotions and our painful memories. So many of us develop unhealthy patterns of behavior or addictions. And then we get stuck in these cycles. Chakradance™ is all about freeing ourselves from these patterns so that we can step into the fullness of who we are. Chakradance™ is a movement therapy modality. It’s a fusion of Jungian Psychology, the chakras, dance, chakra-resonant music, guided visualization, and mandala art.
​It’s a transformational therapy that gets deep and long-lasting results. I’ve experienced such powerful healing results for myself, I’ve facilitated them for others, and now I’m excited to facilitate this unique process for you.
