Athletics Whangarei and Masters Registered   athletes:
entry fee included in membership 
Non Members $5.00 per person  includes afternoon tea and spot prize draw of 2 x $50.00 ( you must be there to claim it and will be drawn once everyone has finished during afternoon tea)
RACE START 1400 hours 
Results: will be available on facebook later in week and also sent to all on our data base(Team times only)
The course is marked with Gates with red and white flags
The white flags are always on your right
Where there are arrow boards please follow the direction.
If there is one flag on its own run past it on either side.
This course is suitable for anyone who can walk or run 3 ks. but 3 different people must make up the team.
Everyone starts on go …
Walking teams go all together

Please arrive at 13.15 to register you will be given a race number and a baton.
Viewing  of the course will be available from 12.30 onwards
Race brief will be given before the start.
