It’s effortless & joyful; the music does the work for you as you flow with the melody & rhythm. Its a group practice and an easy way to step out of the busy mind into a more felt experience of relaxation and peace.


We look forward to sharing this community gathering to heal, to connect and share sacred space with each other.
Chai and light refreshments will be served at the end.
$10 entry at the door. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start to settle in.
