Resting between postures to feel the rebound allows us to return to our centre, our balance and find the inner stillness that is available to us all.  The practice will be interwoven with essential oils, vibrational healing using tuning forks and sound healing to take your practice to a deeper level.

Booking is essential. Please message me or email me at nzflowyoga@gmail.com if you plan on coming. Booking is confirmed on payment of $30 (or $25 for current concession card holders). Payments can be made via bank transfer to 12-3155-0253292-00 Many thanks.
