Chakra Harmony: A restorative, sound healing journey through the chakras at Open Doors Weymouth, MA

We begin with breath awareness and chakra mediation supported by sound healing instruments. You'll then be guided through a restorative flow, opening the chakras in sequence, each supported with corresponding singing bowls. About 7 minutes in each shape allows for deep relaxation. We end our session with extended, gentle gong bath savasana!
