- **Event Description**: Last year's event based at Shepperton Lake was a great success, so we are looking to build on that this year at the same venue.

When:  Sunday 19th July 2026
Where: Shepperton Open Water Swim	

As usual, it will be based on a Sprint distance event:
750m swim
20km bike
5km run

We are planning for a 6:45am mass start from the beach.

We are hoping to be able exit the lake next to the overflow car park, to enable a short, manageable transition area.

This event has been loaded into TeamApp so please, please sign up ASAP.

It would be great to get as many teams of three together for the event.

And please remember, this event is completely free for all club members (including cycling members).

So please let me know (through any comms channel) which is your preferred discipline, swim, bike or run? Or any combination.
And approximately what time (to the nearest minute) in which you would expect to complete the discipline.
