Event Breakdown

Date: Sunday 26th April
Time: 11.00am – 4.00pm

Registration opens from 10.45am to allow families time to arrive, settle in, and get comfortable before the day begins.

NB. If you wish to attend sessions with friends or family members who have booked separately, please arrive together so we can place you in the same group.

Over the four sessions, adults and children will take part in:

• Family Yoga with Ciara from 'The Kids Yoga Classroom' 

• Sound Bath experience with Laura from  'Laura's Sanctuary' 

• Sensory Exploration Slime Session with Ruth from 'The Wonder Years'

• Creative Arts with Tina from 'Tina's Art Wall'

All sessions support movement, creativity, self-expression, emotional regulation and calm connection for both adults and children.
