We are looking forward to welcoming you to Coolbawn Woods for the  Irish Open Field Championships . As always we promise to give spectacular scenery along with the wonders that mother nature throws at us combined with a fantastic archery experience.  This will be a WRS event.


Tea and Coffee available please bring a cup.

Toilets are available on site.

ENTRIES CLOSE -Monday 20th April at 12pm.

Gates will open at 9.30 on day one and 09:00 on day 2. Strictly no entry to venue before these times.

PEGS FOR COMPETITION

Red Peg – Adult and Junior Sighted Archers

Blue Peg -Adult and U21 Barebow, Traditional. U18 compound and Recurve

Yellow Peg – Adult Longbow , U18 Barebow , U18 Traditional, U18 Longbow

White Peg – U15 Compound, Recurve, Barebow, Traditional, Longbow


Archers under the age of 18 remain the responsibility of parents/ guardians at all times.

DRESS CODE AND SAFETY- Event will comply with Archery Ireland dress regulations. Strictly no blue denim,  camo or trainers. Hiking boots with good ankle support and grip recommended .

GDPR : Your information will be used for the purpose of collecting related information for the organization of the competition and for the publishing of results.

Photography- The club will be taking photographs and videos by entering this competition you consent that your photography or video image maybe taken whilst attending this event and can be used in the promotion of this club and archery.  

In accordance with the Archery Ireland constitution this will be a clean event. We will
uphold the anti-doping rules as published by Sport Ireland and WADA. If merited by
the competition status this may include testing.
