Interview Skills with Alan Maher

As part of the Library Skills for Life Program, join Alan Maher in Enniscorthy Library, for the second in a series of workshops and talks to enhance your employability.

Having worked with many interview candidates and also having been an interviewer on numerous interview panels, Alan will share his tips and views on how to present the best and most authentic version of yourself at a job interview. Alan believes that you do not have to be an expert communicator to do well at interviews so this talk will help you to build the confidence and skills required to perform to the best of your ability. Key topics will include how to prepare properly for an interview, communication & presentation skills, answers to key questions and tackling competency based interview questions.

Alan Maher is the owner of Maher Consulting which he established in 1999. Since then, Alan has developed a proven track record in helping thousands of people to achieve advancement in their careers. An experienced business mentor who has worked with a wide range of individuals across all business sectors and types. Alan is also a longstanding Business Mentor with Wexford and Laois Local Enterprise Office’s.
