Calm Before the Cheer is a deeply restful yoga session, combining gentle yin and restorative yoga with a spacious Yoga Nidra (guided meditation for deep rest). Together, we’ll move into stillness and create space for calm before the season carries us away.
This session is rooted in the yogic principle of Brahmacharya—which invites us to move through life with awareness, moderation, and inner alignment. At this busy time of year, Brahmacharya reminds us to listen inwardly… to know when to pause, and to choose just enough rather than too much.
