9D Breathwork, Neurographic Art and Drumming
Spend an afternoon "remembering" your origin story through the amazing 9D breathwork experience followed by a drumming with channeled vocal sounds leading you into neurographic art.
Neurographic art is a creative, meditative drawing technique that helps rewire the brain by transforming stress, limiting beliefs, or inner conflicts into new pathways through intuitive lines and shapes. It invites your subconscious to speak through art, promoting clarity, calm, and insight.
It’s a powerful tool for your spiritual and mental health toolbox because it:
Calms the nervous system and reduces anxiety
Encourages self-awareness and emotional release

There will be pauses throughout the afternoon for rest and refreshment.
The end of the afternoon will allow the chance for intuitive drumming as a way to communicate and release what will have been revealed to you through your breathwork and artwork.
$68 per person includes all supplies needed and use of a drum. Bring your own if you so wish.
