Parish Advent Mission 2025 - “Our Advent Experience in Preparation for Christmas”

Fr. Lynx Soliman was born in Newark into a Cuban family and educated at Florida International University and Seton Hall University, where he earned degrees in Communication, Systematic Theology, and his Master of Divinity. Ordained in May 2021, he has served at St. Aloysius in Caldwell and is currently the administrator of St. Francis of Assisi in Ridgefield Park.

Fr. Soliman is known for his missionary heart, his pastoral closeness to the people, and his love for evangelization. A gifted linguist—fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Italian—he brings the Gospel to diverse communities. He consecrated his priesthood to the Blessed Virgin Mary and encourages all, especially new priests, to stay rooted in prayer and Marian devotion. His Advent reflection will offer a youthful, joyful, and heartfelt perspective on preparing for Christ’s coming.
