- **Event Name**: NCC Monthly Meeting: Making Sense of Fiction in a World that is Real
- **Event Start and End Date**: Thu, 08 Jan, 2026 at 07:15 pm
- **Event Description**: Through books, theater, movies, videogames, and more, fictional stories are becoming a greater and greater part of our lives every year. Should we fear that all this unreality will overwhelm or distract us? How do we manage the constant stream of often unwholesome messaging that these stories bring into our lives? What can we as Catholics do to ensure the media we consume has a positive effect on our lives, even when it isn't perfect? We will discuss these questions and more at January's monthly meeting.
Please note: This event is for young adults in their 20s and 30s. If you're outside of these age ranges and looking for fellowship, please don't hesitate to reach out to us and we will connect you with some awesome brothers and sisters in Christ.
