• Basic braking technique
• Shifting and cadence fundamentals
• Trail etiquette
• Small obstacles and terrain features
• Building confidence on beginner trails

Recommended for: Beginner riders who have basic bike handling skills.

Bring your own mountain bike and helmet. Riders must be at least 15 years old to participate in Hale’s Adult MTB Clinics.
