Students will cook with fresh, locally grown ingredients, including squash from the garden, apples from our orchard, eggs from our chickens, and honey and maple syrup from WTF. This is a fully immersive garden-to-table experience.Each week, aspiring chefs will begin by harvesting seasonal ingredients from the WTF garden (weather permitting) before heading into Tim's kitchen to prepare delicious recipes from scratch.
