This experience gives you the best of both worlds — movement and mindfulness, strength and serenity.
Begin with a peaceful 15-minute paddle out on the water, taking in the beauty around you and settling into the rhythm of your breath. Then, drop anchor for a 60-minute SUP Yogalates class — a fusion of yoga and Pilates designed to tone, lengthen, and stabilize while gently challenging your core and balance. Finish with a 15-minute paddle back feeling strong, centered, and refreshed.
Total experience:
90 minutes of sun, sweat, and floating bliss.
