Chef Genee Habansky has been working closely with our Farmer, Dasha Horton, to create a mouthwatering multi-course feast inspired by what is growing in our gardens in July. We will start with a refreshing welcome Tomato-Watermelon Spritz, then move onto an array of dishes that incorporate a rainbow of freshly harvested summer tomatoes as the star of the plate.The dinner is al fresco on the garden grounds, weather permitting, or inside Tim’s Kitchen, if not.
