This retreat is created for women whose nervous systems have been under sustained stress from work, caregiving, emotional labor, life transitions, or simply carrying too much for too long.
When the body remains in a prolonged state of pressure, it doesn’t just feel “tired.” It learns to live in protection. Over time, this can show up as anxiety, emotional shutdown, numbness, low motivation, disrupted sleep, or a constant sense of being “on edge” or disconnected from oneself.
Reconnect Retreats offers a trauma-informed, somatic environment where the body is gently invited out of survival mode and into regulation through:
– nervous system education
– breath and somatic movement
– sound and sensory experiences
– art as a non-verbal form of expression
– rest, silence, and nature immersion
All experiences are guided by qualified, skilled, trauma-informed facilitators who hold the space with care, precision, and deep respect for each woman’s pace and boundaries. Nourishment is also an integral part of the healing process, with wholesome, thoughtfully prepared meals by a private chef to support the body throughout the weekend.
We focus on creating a space without force, pressure, or any need to explain or perform, so the body can gradually soften, release what it has been holding, and cultivate resilience.
This retreat is especially supportive for women who feel emotionally heavy, burned out, tense, anxious, disconnected, or quietly depleted, yet are stable enough to engage in gentle, body-based self-exploration within a contained, supportive group setting.
