Live With A Heart Of Gratitude Sound Bath Meditation

Relax, center yourself, and take a journey with Christine during a 90-minute vibrational sound bath. She will guide you into deep relaxation with a guided meditation.

What is a Sound Bath? A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are "bathed" in sound waves. The vibrations of the sounds has healing benefits and brings you to a state of deep relaxation. You lay on a yoga mat and/or blankets with a pillow and simply enjoy the healing frequencies of the sounds.

Sound healing benefits include: deep-relaxation, creates a state of harmony, an increased sense of well-being, expanded awareness, access to inner visionary experience, fosters physical & emotional healing, and more!

Our Intentions for this meditation will be GRATITUDE!!

The acknowledgment that we have received something gratifies us, both by its presence and by the effort the giver put into choosing it. Second, gratitude is recognizing that sources of this goodness lie outside the self. One can be grateful to our creator, other people, animals, and the world.
