Heroes on the Water Rocktober Event @Raccoon Point Park

This event will be at the Coulbourn Creek Boat Ramp near Marion Station, MD. This event is open to Military (active & Reserve) Veterans, First Responders and their Families. This location is beautiful salt marsh with excellent opportunities to catch Striped Bass, Speckled Trout, Reds and Blue fish. We hope to see all our veterans and first responders there.

Volunteers/Guides should have their kayaks organized by the water and ready by 7:30 AM.

Parking: Please be mindful and try to park away from the ramp so others may come and use facility.

Lunch will Be Provided - We Usually Break for Lunch around 12pm

Weather Considerations: Events rare rain or shine, dress appropriately for weather. We recommend you bring rain gear in case it rains. You will be notified if the event is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason. For Safety if the wind and weather are severe we may have to reschedule.

You may get wet during the outings. Its always a good idea to pack extra dry clothes for the way home.
