This statewide operating event encourages amateur radio operators to travel to a mountain top, scenic overlook, or other elevated location and attempt to make simplex contacts across the Mountain State using 146.550 MHz FM Simplex.

Whether you're activating a major summit, a local ridge line, a fire tower, or your favorite scenic overlook, this is a great opportunity to test your equipment, improve your operating skills, and experience the outstanding VHF propagation that West Virginia's mountains can provide.

? Net Control Stations will be operating from:
• West Virginia Scenic Highway
• Bickle Knob
• Spruce Knob

?️ Operating Frequency: 146.550 MHz Simplex
