- **Event Description**: Join the BMLT Blues Crew for a trail work party on Buck Creek Trail #3073!About this EventGet ready for an outdoor adventure that combines nature, trail stewardship, and the joy of giving back! The BMLT Blues Crew partners with the Umatilla National Forest to open up many of our favorite trails, including Buck Creek Trail #3073.The trail runs along Buck Creek, just upstream from its confluence with the south fork of the Umatilla River for 3 ½ miles, where it eventually crosses the creek and meets up with the lower Lake Creek trail. It is very scenic, with areas of moderately dense forest as well as open grassy areas, steep side slopes, and rocky outcrops. During this work party, volunteers will focus on repairing and updating the trail conditions after the winter season.This is a multi-day work party, and volunteers are welcome to join us for one day or both days. Please designate which days you plan to come when reserving tickets on Eventbrite. Be a part of this exciting volunteer opportunity! We’ll have fun, work hard and make a difference.
