Please do not bring or attempt to imbibe either on the property. Anyone found imbibing or deemed under the influence of either will be asked to leave the property. We will not admit anyone under the age of 21 or any pets! Being on 5+ acres, 3 that are woods with a creek and a pond with all manner of critters here or passing through presents multiple hazards. We regularly spray the grassy areas for snakes and insects, but you could run across some critters including snakes, spiders, armadillos, mice, feral cats, etc. There are honey bees across from the pond as well. Please leave any wildlife bee. ? Fires are ONLY allowed at the shared fire pit. There are fire extinguishers located by the shared fire pit. If you need a water hose, one is located on the front of the "Main House" and can easily reach the shared fire pit. The metal bucket at the shared fire pit is for ash.
