NOMINATION FORM:
If you know of a mother, a father, caregiver, teacher, therapist, community leader, business owner, or any unsung hero who you feel has made a difference in the lives of individuals with a neurodivergence, and you would like to nominate him or her to be recognized and receive a token of appreciation from Angels Reach, please follow this link to nominate your Super Hero. Nominations accepted until Nov 5, 2025.
