This class is for students in grades 5th - 8th.

$10 - non-member

Discover how old photos can tell us about the past and the present. Using historic photos from the Weston History & Culture Center as inspiration, learn how to capture powerful images that express your own unique perspective of the world around you. Whether you are a budding photographer, a history buff, or both, this hands-on class will inspire you to see photography from the past and present in a new light.

No prior experience is required. Bring a camera, tablet or smartphone to capture photos. Please let us know if you don’t have one and we will provide one to share.

Taught by Kira Joshi and Samantha Fargione, Executive Director.

Location: Weston History & Culture Center 104 Weston Rd. Weston, CT.
