Join Clare for a gentle two-hour mini retreat at the heart of Weston Park — a sanctuary where Art, Sound, and Woodland meet to bring you back to yourself.

This magical morning is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and find stillness amongst beauty — a space where a busy mind calms and balance begins.

✨ What to Expect:

Each retreat flows intuitively, guided by the energy of the group and the season.

Experience:

• Mindful Art Meditation – Exploring colour, texture, and emotion as a path to presence.

• Sound Bath – Soothing vibrations of Tibetan Bowls, Gongs, Koshi Chimes, and more, to relax the body and calm the mind.

• Mindful Woodland Connection – Breathing deeply, walking gently, and grounding into nature’s wisdom.

Activities may vary and will be lovingly adapted to the weather on the day, ensuring a nurturing and peaceful experience, whether we’re inside surrounded by art or outside among the trees.

?Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. 
?Places are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior notice. 
 
2.	Health & Wellbeing: 
?This experience is suitable for most people, but please inform us in advance if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, or experience severe mental health conditions (e.g., sound sensitivity, epilepsy) so we can advise you accordingly. 
?Participation is at your own risk; please listen to your body and take breaks if needed. 
 
3.	Weather: 
?The mindfulness walk will take place outdoors unless weather conditions are unsafe. Please come prepared for the elements. 
?In the event of extreme weather, an alternative indoor activity will be provided. 
 
4.	Photography: 
?Photographs may be taken for promotional purposes. Please let us know on arrival if you prefer not to be included. 
 
 What to Wear & Bring 
 
?Clothing: Comfortable, layered clothing suitable for sitting and lying down. Please dress for the weather for the outdoor walk. Waterproofs and sturdy footwear are recommended if it’s wet. 
?For Comfort: Yoga mat, blanket, and cushion (for warmth and support during the sound bath). 
?Optional: A bottle of water, eye mask, journal, and pen for reflections. 
?For the Walk: Hat, gloves, or sun protection, depending on the season.
