So just basic details so far and this is mainly to get the date out there so people can book accommodation as there is also a kids rugby/music festival in Weston that weekend so hotels may be in high demand.

For various reasons we are moving the evening venue back to The Pier. We met with them to go through our concerns and have an agreement beer prices will stay the same as their normal pricing.

We can confirm Camping will be at Weston Rugby Club. Open from 12 Noon on Friday.

We shall be running the trade show, custom show and ride out from this venue. Also there will do's both nights. The Rugby club has toilet & showers, bar and food on site. NO CARS or OTHER VECHICLES will be allowed on site, and there is a large car park outside.

There may by camper van spaces on site, but we will let you know in the new year.

For those in B&Bs the Entertainment pass for the weekend is £18.00, or £10.00 per night. That will give you access to Pier and Rugby Club for day events.
CASH - PAY ON THE GATE!

These can be purchased at the Rugby Club, or venue on the night. CASH ONLY

Those who wish to Camp on site £30.00 per person for the weekend, which give you access to everything including The Pier. CASH - PAY ON THE GATE!

Daytime only pass for the Rugby Club is £5.00 form 9am to 6pm. CASH - PAY ON THE GATE!

On the car park outside the Rugby club, parking will be available for the weekend (Including camper vans)
