- **Event Description**: Join Bea, David, Wendy and Donna for a heart-centred, nurturing sound celebration  of Beltane with delicious, seasonal food.

We'll be gathering in May, the month of Beltane, an ancient Celtic festival marking the beginning of summer. It is a time of purification and protection, a celebration of life, new growth and fertility as embodied by the union of the Green Man and the May Queen. 

We will co-create a sacred space to celebrate Beltane and connect with ourselves, each other, our Ancestors and Mother Earth through the sacred sound of drumming, our voices and other sound treasures.

The afternoon will begin with a sound journey co-created by Bea, David and Wendy to connect with your heart. We will bathe you in heavenly harmonies with gongs, singing bowls, chimes and other sound treasures to calm your mind, soothe your emotions, nurture your body and uplift your spirit.

Next we eat food made from the heart to nourish our hearts. Donna Wood of Blissed Healing will provide nourishing, scrumptious home-made vegan and vegetarian savouries. 

This is followed by a community drum circle facilitated by Wendy Ruddick. The drum is all about the heart beat, and we drum together to connect with our hearts, the heart of Mother Earth and the hearts of each other.    

We end with Donna's delicious home made cakes and teas. Vegan, gluten free and sugar free options will be available.

Bring whatever you need to be comfortable - something to sit or lie on, a pillow if desired and a snuggly blanket - plus some drinking water.  If you struggle to lie on the floor, we may be able to reserve a reclining chair for you. If so, please get in touch. 

Please arrive from 1.40pm so that we can start promptly at 2.00pm.

Time: 2.00pm – 6.00pm 

Cost: £22 concessions & Early Bird tickets, £25 general admission. All tickets include food. No refunds.
