Mind, Body & Bump - 6 Week Pregnancy Support Course

Our Mind, Body & Bump course provides support on a range of topics to support your health and well-being during your pregnancy.

Join the course to discover more about:
- Eating well in pregnancy
- What to expect during labour & birth
- Gentle exercise for pregnancy
- Managing your mental well-being
- Visits from other family organisations

We aim to create a relaxed and supportive environment where you can meet others who are pregnant.

On completing the course you will receive our Get Active pass giving you 5 free & 5 half price sessions at local leisure centre.

Our next 6 week course starts on Wednesday 5th November - 10th December, all sessions run at 9:30-11am at South Weston Family Hub at the For All Healthy Living Centre, 68 Lonsdale Avenue, WsM, BS23 3SJ.
