Join Emma and friends from Do Yoga for a deeply relaxing evening.
Gentle Yoga, followed by a healing sound journey and uplifting Gong Bath from qualified sound therapist Monika Kraji.
Come early from about 6pm to share herb tea, raw chocolate treats and meet everyone in the warm and spacious hall at St Anne's School.
From 6.30pm we'll do some gentle, classic yoga to relax the body and mind and get in a good place to wind down.By 7.30pm we'll be snuggled under our blankets ready to receive the healing power of the singing bowls and gongs. We'll close with blessings and divination.
Please wear comfy clothes and bring a blanket and your yoga mat if you have one, although some equipment is provided.
If you've never tried a gong bath you are in for a treat. No water required (!), just lie back and let the waves of sound wash over you. The gongs induce a spontanious meditative state for healing and relaxation.
