Pour cette 10e édition de Tanguerafest, le festival qui souligne la Journée internationale des femmes en célébrant les femmes du tango, nous mettons à l’honneur nos tangueras locales! Neuf des meilleures danseuses, enseignantes et DJs du Québec vous feront danser, apprendre et vibrer tout au long de la fin de semaine.
Le festival comprend quatre milongas, dont le Bal du samedi soir au magnifique Théâtre Paradoxe, ainsi que quatre ateliers pré-milonga donnés par certaines de nos professeures les plus expérimentées. Bien sûr, tous les cours et toutes les milongas sont pour tout le monde: leaders ou followers de tous les genres.

L’inscription à l’avance est obligatoire pour tous les cours.
Pour les ateliers 2 et 3, nous ferons de notre mieux pour équilibrer les rôles, mais si vous venez seul, nous ne pouvons pas garantir un partenaire. Les danseurs à double rôle sont les bienvenus! Les changements de partenaires seront encouragés.
Les partenaires ne sont pas requis pour les ateliers 1 et 4, qui mettront davantage l’accent sur la technique individuelle.

For this 10th edition of Tanguerafest, the festival that marks International Women's Day by celebrating the women of tango, we will be celebrating our local Tangueras! Nine of Quebec's top female dancers, teachers and DJs will be keeping you dancing, learning and being entertained all weekend long.
The festival features four milongas, including the Saturday night Tanguerafest Ball at the magnificent Paradoxe Theatre, and four pre-milonga workshops taught by some of our most expert teachers. Of course, all classes and milongas are open to everyone: leaders and followers of all genders.

Advance registration is required for ALL courses.
For Workshops 2 and 3, we will do our best to balance roles in the lessons, but if you come alone we cannot guarantee you a partner. Dual-role dancers are most welcome! Changes of partner will be encouraged. Partners not required for Workshops 1 and 4, which will focus more on individual technique.
