- **Event Description**: Bbq cook off. Dont got to be a pro. This is for anyone who wants to get their feet wet. 
Rules:
$40 entree fee at gate for cooks 
3 meat competition. 
Brisket / Butt / two st Lewis ribs (you provide meat)
Any smoker type allowed.
Will be blind judged by 3 people. 10 point system.
Cash prize and trophy for 1st place of 3
meats.
2nd and 3rd trophy in 3 meats.
Best rib award 
Best butt award 
Best brisket award 
And people’s choice award. 
Tie breaker will go to ribs, than butt, than brisket. 
In an exact 3 meat tie will go to people’s choice.
All meat must be cooked on site. 
You’ll need some aluminum pans for displaying samples for people choice award. 
Judging will be on taste, tenderness, and meat only presentation. (No plating presentation so no garnishing). Will be closed lid foam box entree. 
Set up begins on Friday afternoon 7th Nov. 
Judging at 4pm Saturday 8th Nov.
Car cruise in at 3pm Sat
Live music Saturday. 
Spectators and cruise in cars all get in free just make sure to vote in people choice. 
If you need power you’ll have to bring your own generator. 
Location is at Torque lab performance parking lot 1500 George Wallace Hwy Russellville AL 35654 (across from the small white chevron store in littleville)
