Specifically, this course addresses the relevance of mental health to military culture, how to break down stigma, and how to reach those who suffer in silence and are reluctnat to seek help.This is an all day in person class hosted by Adaptive Adventures in Westminster. There will be no on-line pre-work as all course material will be covered during the 8 hour session. Lunch will be served on campus during the trianing day.To attend a class you must:*Register by November 14, 2025*Have a valid email address to access MHFA materials and your certificateThis course is designed for anyone who would like to make their community a healthier, happier and safer place for all.
