The Cosmic Orbit Solstice Sound Meditation

Join us for a celebration of the perpetual cycle between darkness and light as we contemplate the stillness of the longest night while connecting with the potential of the coming year. We will begin with a special practice to trace the internal energies which are mirrored throughout the patterns of the stars and planets; then sink into the soothing vibrations of sound to soften and expand your awareness and refresh energetically. Come as you are — to breathe, to listen, and to be nourished. Leave renewed, balanced, and glowing from within. Bring floor props, blankets, pillows and mats. Please arrive early as doors close promptly at the start of class.
