After a nourishing 45 minute yoga class, Tracy will lead a discussion about Pelvic Floor through Pregnancy and Postpartum. 
Topics will include, reducing pregnancy-related aches and pains, improving pelvic floor awareness, strength, and relaxation. We will discuss how to support bladder and bowel health, posture, effective breathing strategies, birth prep, and transition into postpartum care.
This session's raffle prize is a $150 gift certificate toward a maternity or newborn photoshoot with Christa Emma Photography.
