The holidays can be so hard. We hope to share ways to help through grief, stress, changing expectations to find more peace, and more insights. 

Pastor David Highfield reached out to find local therapists that he can share with those looking and through emails and a phone call we are meeting and making it public for all and an outreach!

Pastor David Highfield was ordained as a United Methodist Christian pastor in 1968. During 39 years of full time ministry he was first a student and part-time pastor and then served four different congregations as lead pastor. He came to Carroll County in 1992 and served as lead pastor of Westminster United Methodist Church for 15 years. As a "mostly retired" pastor, Dave is still active with occasional preaching and teaching. He is also active in community service, serving on the Boards of Church Homes Foundation (Timber Ridge) and Carroll County Food Sunday. He is a volunteer at a local lunchtime soup kitchen and sings with the Old Line Statesmen Barbershop Chorus. Dave and his wife Conni live in Westminster.

FYI- it most likely be filmed for local television and YouTube but there will be seating outside the camera view through Community Media Center on their public tv.
