Step into 2026 with clarity, balance, and intention! In this interactive workshop, you’ll:

Relax with a guided meditation to center yourself
Write and reflect on what energizes you (your “gains”)
Identify what drains your energy and explore ways to minimize it
Learn gentle strategies to balance your energy in daily life
Connect with a supportive community, sharing is optional

By the end of the session, you’ll have a personal map of your energy patterns and practical tools to help you thrive in the new year. Participants also have the option to join a private Facebook group to continue supporting and sharing their Gain & Drain journey.
