Zen for the Howlidays – Guided Meditation, Soundbath & Blissful Bites

Take a mindful pause from the holiday chaos and treat yourself to an hour of calm and soul- satisfying food during our Zen for the Howlidays event, featuring a soothing soundbath, guided meditation from Modern Zen, a mimosa or mocktail, and an appetizer sampler from Coastal Cantina. Hosted in our cozy Pawty Room, this gentle, restorative session is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reset during one of the busiest times of the year. You’ll leave refreshed, relaxed, and satiated! This is a limited ticket event so please DM us to reserve your space.

What to Expect:

• A calming guided meditation to center your mind and melt away stress
• A therapeutic soundbath featuring crystal singing bowls and sound healing chimes
• An Appetizer sampler add-on from Coastal Cantina including coconut shrimp, taco eggrolls, and chips and queso plus choice of mimosa or mocktail
• A cozy, intimate setting with limited availability

What to Bring:

We recommend bringing a yoga mat, and even a blanket and pillow for maximum comfort. Eye masks will be provided.
