"ROUGH CHOP serves intentionally constructed seasonal vegetable dishes, BBQ, buttermilk biscuits, and more - all from scratch!!

Jake and Shane have taken their DIY ethos from the music scene to the food scene, building out a vintage Chevy P30 Step Van to deliver you some honest and heartwarming cuisine out of Kitchen Garden Farm in Sunderland. Their combination of southern vibes with a New England work ethic is here to rock the Pioneer Valley!
