After class, children will explore how hunger affects our bodies and minds through a read-aloud and age-appropriate discussion. Then, helping hands will write a message of caring and pack a healthy breakfast kit that will be distributed by the Grace Care Center Choice Food Pantry.

It’s the perfect way to teach gratitude, model kindness, and give back as a family this holiday season.
