- **Event Description**: Hula Hoop Dance with SHOW Circus Studio is a wonderful way to get your body moving and expand your range of motion while also building your confidence! In this workshop we will focus on balance, strengthening, and creativity. We'll work on core foundations of spatial awareness and plane switching, and of course - learn fun tricks! Instructor Lauren Drewnowski will provide the hoops and will adjust skills to meet everyone’s specific needs - all ages are welcome. This class takes place at the Beveridge Pavilion.
